- When will my order arrive?
- We try to ship orders as soon as we receive them.
However, during the busy seasons, shipping may be delayed. Please allow
2-3 weeks for delivery. We want to do everything to get your order in
your hands. We realize that good service will bring you back again.

- What about back orders?
- We do not back order items. If we expect an out-of
stock item in shortly, we will hold your order and ship it complete. If
we are unable to send a complete order, we will refund the missing
items.

- Do prices ever change?
- Yes! Publishers change prices without notification,
so prices listed on our website are subject to change when wholesale
prices increase. We appreciate your understanding!
