Refund Policy
We want you to be satisfied! If you want to return an
item, please repack it carefully (we only accept returns in new,
resalable condition) and include a copy of your invoice. Returns may be
made for full refund within 72 hours from invoice date. Please call
first for return authorization. Full credit, excluding shipping will be
given provided the materials are returned in new, unused condition and
contain all original packaging & accessories. Opened audio tapes, video
tapes, CD's, games and kits are not returnable, unless they are
defective.
Cancellation Policy
Orders may be cancelled if you call our office within
12 hours of placing an order. You may call at 208-882-2477. Cancelled
orders will receive a full refund unless product has been shipped.
