Business Start-up Courses: Easy Source Of Continual Income

I offer business start-up courses. But they are not based on a business or marketing degree. Instead, they are based on my own successful experiences with starting an internet business. And the most important principle I have learned is that you must offer more to those who want more.

Let me explain. A few years ago I offered a product about starting an online business. It was a real simple product sold from a simple website. I sold the product for about $47 or $57, and about 900 people bought it. So I went back to them and asked them, “What else do you want?”

And my customers answered. They said, “Steve, we could really use some videos and some audios and some coaching.” So I agreed. I went back to my office, and a month later I came out with “Secrets to Building Sites That Sell.”

Basically it is a home-study course on how to sell physical products on the internet. Whatever my customers told me they wanted, I incorporated it into a little audio-video product. And I sold about $51,000 over the first 6 days.

Now I really started thinking. I became convinced I could make these online sites a full-time career. Then I could be my own boss and have more free time. It was a significant revelation.

My wife also got in on the business. She created an ebay course that netted another $14,000 in just 20 days. I created my second course and called it “8 Weeks to Profits.” In 9 short days, I made another $50,000. It may sound silly, but these are no longer information products in my mind. Since I am from Texas, I think of them as mini-oil wells. And the beauty of it is, they are constantly generating income, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. It is so easy to create it one time and set it on autopilot.
